Ingredients

  • Beef - 800 gr
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Flour - 1 tbs
  • Olives - 100 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 800 gr
  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Bay leaf pcs

Melt the butter and fry the meat in it on the "FRY" mode . Add coarsely chopped onion. Flour. Stir in, add coarsely chopped potatoes and chopped tomatoes, garlic, herbs, bay leaves, cloves, olives, peppers and salt. Pour in a cup of water (or broth). Close the lid and simmer on SOUP / STEW 35 minutes under high pressure.
