Ingredients

  • Celery (root) - 50 gr
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Leek (stem) - 1 pcs
  • Vegetable broth - 1.5 l
  • Broccoli - 0.5 head
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

Wash and peel all vegetables. Cut onions, carrots and celery into cubes, leeks into circles, cut broccoli into small inflorescences. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and on the Frying or Baking program, fry all vegetables (except broccoli) for 10 minutes. Deactivate the Frying / Baking program. Pour vegetable broth into a multicooker bowl, add broccoli and cook on the Soup program for 15-20 minutes.
Tip:
Serve the soup with garlic croutons.
