Cut carrots into strips, onions into half rings. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the Fry program or Bake and fry the vegetables for 10 minutes. Then add the sliced turkey fillet and continue frying for another 15 minutes. Disable the Fry / Bypechka program. Add washed bulgur to the fried vegetables and meat, salt, add spices and mix thoroughly. Select the program "Pilaf" . At the end of the cooking process, insert the head of garlic in the center of the bowl and leave the pilaf in heating mode for a while. Bulgur can replace rice in meatballs, cabbage rolls, soups.
