• Marinate meat in sauce or marinade for 20 minutes.
• Peel and finely chop the onion using a hand processor with chopper attachment.
• Pour vegetable oil into the inner bowl of a multicooker for frying and grilling, add onion.
• Press the MENU button, select the FRY function.
• Set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Press the START / OFF button.
• Saute the onions, stirring occasionally.
• 5 minutes after the start of the program, place the ribs in the multicooker bowl.
• Cook the ribs, turning them every 5 minutes until the end of the program. They should be browned on all sides.
• At the end of the program, close the lid of the multicooker. Press the MENU button, select the COOKING mode.
• Set the cooking time to 10 minutes.
• Set the cooking temperature to 90 ° C.
• At the end of the program, place the food on the plates and serve.
Tips
• If your multicooker does not have MULTI COOK , use STEVER setting the cooking time to 20 minutes. The temperature for this mode is set by default.
• You can add salt and pepper to your taste. This should be done 10 minutes before the end of the MULTI-COOKER or EXTENDED program .
• After the ribs, there will be oil and onions in the bowl, in which you can fry the potatoes for a richer flavor.
• If you wish, you can additionally add the sauce, in which the ribs were marinated, 10 minutes before cooking - they will become even juicier.
