• Place the buckwheat in the multicooker bowl. Fill with water in a 1: 2 ratio and add salt and spices to taste.
• Press the MENU button to select the RICE / CEREALS mode. Click the START button.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the appliance will switch to heating mode.
• Using the oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker. Add butter to taste to the finished buckwheat, stir and serve.
Tips
• Serve buckwheat with fried mushrooms and onions, chopped eggs and green onions, fried onions and carrots, and pour buckwheat with cold milk or kefir as a diet breakfast.
• When cooking buckwheat, you can add a little garlic.
• You can also add a little butter to the finished buckwheat to taste.
• Let the buckwheat stand at the end of cooking - so it will be crumbly.
• When preparing cereals, it is recommended to use the proportions indicated by the manufacturer on the cereal packaging, since rice, buckwheat, millet, etc. require different ratios of water and cereals, as well as cooking duration depending on the processing.
