Tips
• Candied fruit (100 g) can be used instead of dried fruit.
• Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar if desired.
• You can serve the cake with a scoop of ice cream or sauce - vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, etc.
• You can make curd cream for the cake: mix 100 g of 9% curd, 100 ml 33% cream , 40 g sugar and whisk all the ingredients using a hand processor with a mixer attachment. Spread the cream on the cooled muffin, garnish with berries to taste, and serve.
• Any nuts can be added to the dough. Almonds are especially good. Experiment by adding spices to the dough: a quarter teaspoon each of nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. You can add orange or lemon zest to the dough, or both, to taste. (These ingredients are added in the same step as dried fruit).
• When using this mode, you can adjust the cooking temperature. Possible temperature values in this mode: 40 ° C - 50 ° C - 60 ° C - 70 ° C - 80 ° C - 90 ° C - 100 ° C - 110 ° C - 120 ° C - 130 ° C - 140 ° C - 150 ° C - 160 ° C.
