Ingredients

  • Dried peas - 1 glass
  • Water - 4 glass
  • Smoked brisket - 200 gr
  • Celery - 3 sprig
  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Bay leaf - 2 leaf
  • Thyme

1. Soak peas 1 hour in advance.
2. Cut the bacon into strips. Put in a multicooker bowl. Install the program "SOUP" for 1.5 hours. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Finely chop the onion, celery and carrots and garlic.
4. Put vegetables in a slow cooker with bacon. Mix. Add seasoning. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
5. Rinse peas, put in a bowl.
6. To fill with water. Mix.
7. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
8. Serve with garlic croutons.
