• Prepare the sauce: Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce, juice of half a lemon, and lemon zest. Marinate the chicken legs in the resulting sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, place the chicken legs with the sauce in a multicooker bowl, salt and add spices to taste.
• Tap the MENU button, select EXTEND .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Simmer the legs in the sauce, turning them occasionally.
• At the end of the program EXTINGUISH use the MENU button to set the "Fry" mode .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 10 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Fry the legs - excess liquid will evaporate, honey will caramelize and the dish will taste great. Stir the legs occasionally during cooking if desired.
• Arrange the cooked legs on plates and serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables (stewed or fresh).
Tips
• If you wish, you can not pre-marinate the legs, but simply let the sauce infuse in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
• You can add 0.5 tsp to the sauce. Cinnamon for an even more savory taste.
• When preparing the sauce, you can use one kind of mustard or mix, for example, 2 tbsp. Russian and 2 tbsp. French mustard.
• If the sauce given in the recipe seems too sweet or too rich to you, use 30 ml of soy sauce, 50 g of honey, 2 tbsp. L. mustard and juice of 1/4 lemon.
