Chop the garlic using a press, mix with vegetable oil. Season the meat with salt, pepper and rub with a mixture of oil and garlic. Let the meat stand for 15-30 minutes. Place a piece of meat on the bottom of the multicooker, close the lid and turn on the Russian Oven program for 10 hours. Serve the meat both hot and cold.
