• Crack eggs, mix with milk, season with salt and spices and beat thoroughly. The lighter the whipped mass, the fuller the omelet will turn out.
• Put butter in the inner bowl, place the bowl in the multicooker.
• Melt the butter in the "WARM" mode by touching the "MENU" button, select the "WARM" function .
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the preheat time to 8 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• When the butter is melted, turn off the WARM function by pressing the OFF button. / HEATED , tap the MENU button again, select the FRY function.
• Press the COOKING TIME button and then use the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 15 minutes.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• Pour the mixture of eggs and milk into the inner bowl of the multicooker, do not close the lid
• At the end of the program, using the supplied oven mitts, carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker.
• Place omelet on plates, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Tips
• Depending on taste and preferences, grated cheese, various vegetables (eg green beans, tomatoes, chopped onions, etc.), sausage, etc. can be added to the eggs beaten with milk.
• To make an omelet with bacon, sausage or sausages, pre-fry these items for 5 minutes on FRY . Then add the eggs, beaten with milk, and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
• It is recommended to cook food in the "FRY" mode with the lid open. But if for any reason you want to close the lid, this will not interfere with the multicooker operation.

• Press the START button.
• At the end of the program, several beeps will sound and the device will enter the "HEATING" mode. Let the omelet stand under the lid (3-5 minutes), then open the lid of the multicooker and carefully remove the inner bowl.
• Place the omelet on a plate, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Tips
• You can add grated cheese, various vegetables (such as tomatoes, chopped onions or green onions, etc.), sausage, salted red fish, etc. to the egg / milk mixture.
• Foods such as sausage, bacon, tomatoes, etc. should preferably be fried first, then the total cooking time should be increased by 10 minutes.
• Instead of milk, you can add cream (150 ml), then the omelet will be more satisfying.
• Sprinkle cheese on the finished dish and roll the omelette in half or with a roll - the hot temperature will melt the cheese and give the dish an interesting taste.
