  • Parsley - 1 pcs

  • Cut the rabbit into pieces and lightly fry in oil using the "FRYED MEAT" .
  • After pouring water, so that it only covers the meat, add parsley, onion, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce:
    Fry 40 g of butter, 30 g of flour, mix with 0.5 liters of the resulting broth, season with salt and pepper.
  • Boil, remove from heat, mix with yolk, sour cream and lemon pulp.
  • Serve the rabbit with sauce.
