Ingredients

  • Lamb (brisket) - 600 gr
  • Water - 2 l
  • Onion - 3 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbs
  • Rice - 0.5 glass
  • Parsley pcs
  • Dill pcs
  • Cilantro pcs
  • Salt pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Hmeli-suneli - 2 tsp

Kharcho with lamb Directions

Boil the meat together with 1 onion in 2 liters of water on the STEWING mode for 2 hours. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste at the end. After two hours, take out the brisket and onion (discard it), remove all the bones and put the meat back in the broth. Add the sautéed onion with tomato paste, rice, chopped herbs, spices (except garlic). Cook on the STEWING mode for another 1 hour. Add the garlic and let it stand on the HEATED mode for about 30 minutes.
