Fry on the "FRY" mode in butter until golden brown, add rice, season with salt, pour hot water over. Install a double boiler on top, grease it with vegetable oil. For cutlets, mix eggs with semolina, add minced meat, spices, salt and finely chopped onion. Form patties and place in a double boiler. Cook on the CROPA EXPRESS mode.
