Rinse the meat, dry, cut into medium pieces. Put in the multicooker bowl. Cook on the "Simmering" program .
An hour before being ready, add salt, pepper, bay leaf.
Arrange the finished stew in jars, pour the resulting meat juice, cool. Keep refrigerated.
Tip:
Reheat and serve with garnish before serving.
