  • Pork (brisket) - 1 kg
  • Salt - 1 tbs
  • Rosemary - 1 tsp
  • Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Pepper mix - 0.5 tsp

Rub the brisket with salt, rosemary and pepper. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours (you can for a day). Then rub the inside with garlic and grill herb mixture. Roll up and tie with flagella. Wrap in several layers of foil. Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Install a steamer stand, and put a roll on top. Cook on STEAM BOILER for 40 minutes. Cut the chilled roll before serving.
