  • Apples - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 0.5 kg
  • Water - 0.5 glass
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp

1. Peel and cut the apples.
2. Put apples, sugar and lemon juice in a multicooker bowl, add water, stir.
3. Turn on the mode "BAKING" for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
4. Stir every 20 minutes.
5. At the end of the program, transfer the jam to a jar and leave to cool in a cool place.
