1. Rinse the liver, peel and wash the vegetables.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings.
3. Pour oil into the mule cooker, turn on the "BAKING" mode for 10 minutes. Place vegetables in a bowl. Saute under a closed lid, stir once in the middle of the program. At the end, add a little salt.
4. Put the vegetables on a plate, clean the bowl of the mule cooker. Add hot water. Place in a mule cooker, place a container for steaming on top.
5. Dry the liver with a napkin. And immediately put in a container for steaming. When unfolding, sprinkle the pieces of liver with salt and ground black pepper (or other spices).
6. Spread fried onions and carrots on top of the liver.
7. Select the STEAMER program and set the time to 50 minutes.
8. At the end of the program, place the liver and vegetables on a plate. Serve hot.
