Ingredients

  • Onion - 3 pcs
  • Carrot - 3 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
  • Fish (fillet) - 1 kg
  • Flour - 3 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Spices for fish - 1 tbs
  • Salt - 2 pinch
  • Pepper - 2 pinch
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs

1. Cut the fish fillet into 2 cm thick cubes, roll in flour, salt and fry in a multicooker in vegetable oil on the "BAKING" program for 10 minutes. Put on a plate.
2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Turn the multicooker to "BAKING" mode for another 20 minutes, add vegetable oil. Put onions, carrots in a bowl, close the lid.
3. Add tomato paste, spices, salt, pepper and bay leaf to the carrots with onions, mix.
4. Add fish to the multicooker. To do this, move the marinade to the side, lay out the pieces of fish, shifting the marinade. Close the lid and put it on EXTINGUISHING for 30 minutes.
Ready marinated fish can be served hot, or cooled, transferred to a bowl and refrigerated to soak the fish.
