1. Pour milk into the bowl and set the Simmering program to 5 hours. Close the lid. Stir every hour.
2. After 5 hours strain the milk. Wash the bowl. Cool the milk.
3. Mix half the milk with yogurt until smooth. Add the other half of the milk, stir. Pour into a bowl.
4. Install the program "YOGURT" for 6 hours.
5. Stir the finished fermented baked milk, pour into a jar or decanter, put in the refrigerator to cool.

2. After 5 hours strain the milk. Wash the bowl. Cool the milk.

4. Install the program "YOGURT" for 6 hours.
5. Stir the finished fermented baked milk, pour into a jar or decanter, put in the refrigerator to cool.
