Ingredients

  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
  • Milk - 4 tbs
  • Wheat flour - 6 tbs
  • Corn flour - 2 tbs
  • Vinegar - 0.5 tbs
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp
  • Sugar - 6 tbs

Biscuit "Tenderness" Directions

1. Mix wheat and corn flour.
2. In a bowl, mix butter and milk, add vanilla sugar, salt, 5 tbsp. L. granulated sugar and premixed flour. Mix everything until smooth.
3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with 1 tbsp. L. sugar, add vinegar.
4. Add yolks to the dough, one at a time, stirring constantly. Also add the whipped egg whites, stirring very gently.
5. Place the dough in a greased multicooker bowl.
6. Run the BAKING program for 50 minutes.
7. You can decorate the biscuit according to your taste, for example, jelly.

10. Serve with delicious tea.
