Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 600 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Bulb onions - 200 gr
  • Tomatoes - 300 gr
  • Cinnamon - 1 pcs
  • Cardamom (seeds) - 4 pcs
  • Carnation - 2 pcs
  • Ginger (root) - 40 gr
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Coriander (ground) - 1 tbs
  • Ground cumin - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 100 gr
  • Spice mix - 2 tsp
  • Curry - 1 tsp
  • Chili pepper (green) - 1 pcs
  • Salt

Shrimp curry Directions

1. Cut the vegetables into large cubes.
2. Pour oil into a slow cooker, put all vegetables and spices, set the "FAST" mode for 10 minutes with the lid open.
3. Add shrimp and tomato paste, salt, set STEWING for 5 minutes.
