  • Buckwheat - 250 gr
  • Champignons - 200 gr
  • Quail egg - 8 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Dill - 2 sprig
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Put butter, chopped onions, mushrooms into the bowl of the multicooker, add buckwheat, pour in water, salt and pepper, set the mode "STEWING / VEGETABLES" for 20 minutes and close the lid.
2. Add raw quail eggs 2 minutes before tenderness and mix thoroughly.
3. Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
