- Duck (breast) - 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
- Orange juice - 150 ml
- Honey - 50 gr
- Soy sauce - 2 tbs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- For garnish:
- Lemon
- Persimmon - 1 pcs
- Oranges - 1 pcs
- Grapefruit - 1 pcs
- Romano salad - 1 head

1. Notch duck breasts crosswise on both sides. Set the mode "FRYING / MEAT" for 20 minutes, pour oil into the multicooker bowl and heat for 5 minutes. Put 2 duck breasts in a heated bowl and fry for 7 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
2. Add orange juice, honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce to the multicooker bowl and continue frying the brisket, turning, until the end of cooking.
3. Grind the salad for a side dish; peel and chop orange, grapefruit, persimmon. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Mix everything, pour over with lemon juice and soy sauce.
