Matsoni - recipe
Ingredients
- Milk 3.2% - 500 ml
- Cream 20% - 100 gr
- Sour cream 42% - 150 gr

1. Whisk all the yogurt ingredients in a deep bowl. Use OURSSON ceramic ware.
2. Pour milk mixture into jars and cover with lids.
3. Place a plastic wire rack in a multicooker pot and place the jars on it.
4. Close the multicooker with a lid, select the mode "YOGURT" , cooking time - 8 hours.
5. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and remove the jars of yogurt.
6. Put the jars of yogurt in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
7. Serve matsoni chilled.
