Baked meat - recipe
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) - 1500 gr
- Olive oil - 5 tbs
- Soy sauce - 4 tbs
- Garlic - 5 clove
- "Dijon" mustard with grains - 4 tbs
- 4 Pepper Mill Mix pcs
- Salt - 10 gr
- For serving: pcs
- Lettuce leaves - 10 pcs
- Sweet pepper - 5 pcs
- Tomatoes - 5 pcs
- Cucumbers - 5 pcs

Baked meat Directions

1. Pierce a piece of pork neck with a sharp knife. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Combine olive oil with soy sauce, mustard and minced garlic. (Use OURSSON blender!)
3. Marinate the meat overnight.
4. Place a piece of meat in a multicooker pot.
5. Cook on Cutlets / Pork for 30 minutes.
6. After the beep, turn the meat over.
7. Cook on Cutlets / Pork for another 30 minutes.
8. Place the meat on a plate of lettuce, garnish with chopped fresh vegetables and serve.
