Ingredients

  • Milk 3.2% - 100 ml
  • Cream 20% - 100 ml
  • Hard cheese - 50 gr
  • Corn starch - 15 gr
  • Paprika - 2 gr
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Salt - 3 gr

Cheese sauce Directions

1. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Place all ingredients in a multicooker saucepan.
3. Cook with the lid open in SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk until smooth.
4. Once the sauce thickens, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Serve cheese sauce with fries, fish and poultry.

4. Once the sauce thickens, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Serve cheese sauce with french fries, fish and poultry.
