Wine sauce for meat - recipe

Ingredients
- Meat broth - 1.5 beaker
- Dry red wine - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 1.5 tbs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Tomato paste - 1 tbs
- Butter - 2 tbs
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion.
2. Pour olive oil into a bowl and turn on the Frying program for 10 minutes. Fry the onion in hot oil, stirring occasionally.
3. Add tomato paste and fry together for 2 minutes.
4. Add butter, stir.
5. Sprinkle with flour, stir and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 1 minute.
6. Pour in the broth in a thin stream, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps, and cook until the end of the program.
7. Add wine, salt and pepper and turn on the Sauce program for 10 minutes. Cook while stirring.
Tip:
Serve with fried meat, meat roast, minced meat dishes.
