Ingredients

  • Orange juice - 50 gr
  • Salt - 5 gr
  • Sugar - 75 gr
  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Orange zest - 2 tsp
  • Wheat flour (premium grade) - 450 gr
  • Dry yeast) - 7 gr
  • Raisins - 50 gr
  • Carrots (grated) - 150 gr
  • Cinnamon - 5 gr
  • Hazelnut - 100 gr
  • Cognac - 50 ml
  • To decorate: pcs
  • White chocolate - 200 gr

Carrot cake Directions

1. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Place all the dough ingredients in a deep bowl and knead to a homogeneous dough.
3. Add raisins, cinnamon, carrot cake, nuts soaked in cognac and stir into the dough.
4. Place the cake dough in the multicooker pan.
5. Select KULICH mode.
6. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and cool to room temperature.
7. Cover the surface of the cake with melted white chocolate. Decorate the cake surface with bright sprinkles.
8. Let the chocolate harden.
9. Slice the cake into portions and serve.
Use the OURSSON bread maker to knead the dough.
