Ingredients

  • Butter - 200 gr
  • Egg - 5 pcs
  • Sugar - 2 beaker
  • Bitter chocolate - 100 gr
  • Cognac - 30 ml
  • Salt - 2 gr
  • Baking powder - 10 gr
  • Wheat flour - 2 beaker
  • Cream - 2 tbs
  • Cherry - 300 gr
  • Corn starch - 20 gr
  • Walnuts - 50 gr
  • Butter - 25 gr
  • Wheat flour - 20 gr
  • To decorate: pcs
  • Milk chocolate - 300 gr
  • Marmalade - 50 gr

Cherry cake Directions

Multicooker firm: OURSSON

MI5040PSD

1. Beat the eggs, granulated sugar and salt using a mixer to a strong foam (use an OURSSON mixer!).
2. Melt bitter chocolate in the microwave (use ceramic dishes and the OURSSON microwave!). Combine melted chocolate with softened butter and cognac.
3. Combine both masses and mix thoroughly.
4. Combine the flour with baking powder and dry custard.
5. Add flour mixture to the dough and mix thoroughly. Do not whisk.
6. Dip frozen pitted cherries in starch.
7. Brush the inside of a saucepan with butter and flour. Place half of the dough in a multicooker saucepan. Lay out the prepared cherries. Then lay out the rest of the dough, level the surface.
8. Select the BAKE function , cooking time - 1 hour. Check doneness, increase cooking time if necessary.
9. Transfer the baked cake to a cooling rack.
10. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave (use ceramic dishes and the OURSSON microwave).
11. Cover the completely cooled cake with a thin layer of milk chocolate, decorate with marmalade cherries, dark chocolate decor and refrigerate to freeze the chocolate.
12. Cut the finished cake into portions and serve.

4. Transfer the baked cake to a steaming rack. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave (use ceramic dishes and OURSSON microwave). Cover the completely cooled cake with a thin layer of milk chocolate, decorate with marmalade cherries, dark chocolate decor and refrigerate to freeze the chocolate.

2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. Use OURSSON ceramic dishes and microwave ovens!
3. Combine melted chocolate with softened butter and cognac.
4. Combine both masses and mix thoroughly.
5. Combine the flour with baking powder and dry custard.
6. Add flour mixture to the dough and mix thoroughly. Do not whisk.
