Ingredients

  • Cod fillet - 500 gr
  • Salmon (steak) - 2 pcs
  • A fish - 300 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 3 pcs
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Spices for fish - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs
  • Salt - 20 gr
  • Water pcs
  • Vodka - 0.5 cup
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle
  • Lemon - 1 pcs

Ear Directions

Multicooker firm: OURSSON

MI5040PSD

1. Place salmon steaks, small fish, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt and water in a multicooker saucepan.
2. Select the BREW / SOUP mode, the cooking time is 35 minutes.
3. After the sound signal, separate the salmon from the bones, put the fish pieces into a deep bowl with a lid (use OURSSON dishes!).
4. Strain the broth, onion and small fish, then do not use fish soup in cooking.
5. Cut the carrots into strips, cut the potatoes into 4 pieces. Cut the cod fillet into large cubes.
6. Place the prepared ingredients from step 5, fish spices into the multicooker saucepan, pour in the broth.
7. Cook on BREW / SOUP for 30 minutes.
8. Finely chop the herbs, squeeze the garlic through a press.
9. After the beep, add finely chopped dill, vodka, chopped garlic to the pan and stir gently.
10. Pour the fish soup into deep bowls, add pieces of salmon to each portion of the fish soup, season with a slice of lemon and serve.
Instead of a small fish, you can use the head and tail of a salmon or trout.

3. Cut the carrots into strips, cut the potatoes into 4 pieces. Cut the cod fillet into large cubes. Place prepared ingredients, fish spices in a multicooker saucepan, pour in broth. Cook on Soup for 10 minutes.
