Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 500 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Salt - 3 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix - 1 pinch
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle
  • Water - 1 beaker
  • Sunflower oil - 50 gr
  • Arugula - 1 bundle

Beefsteak with onions Directions

Multicooker firm: OURSSON

1. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop fresh herbs finely.
2. Pour half of the sunflower oil into a saucepan and add the onion half rings, salt and pepper mixture.
3. Cook with the lid open on FROY 10 minutes until the onions are golden brown. Stir occasionally.
4. Toss the ground beef with sautéed onions and finely chopped fresh herbs.
5. Form 9 round and flat steak pieces from minced meat.
6. Pour the remaining sunflower oil into a multicooker saucepan and place 3 steak pieces.
7. Cook without a lid using CUTLETS mode.
8. Fry the steaks on both sides for 5 minutes and transfer to a deep bowl.
9. Turn the last 3 steaks over, add the rest of the steaks to the pan, add a multi-cup of water, close the lid and continue cooking until you hear a beep.
10. Place the rucola leaves on a platter and transfer the steaks.
11. Serve ready-made steaks with a side dish. Beefsteak with onions can be used to make burgers at home.
