Sea mussels - recipe

Ingredients

  • Mussels - 2 kg
  • Shallot - 1 pcs
  • Parsley - 2 tbs
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Dry white wine - 150 ml
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Bay leaf - 1 pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs

Rinse the mussels and drain.
In the "Frying vegetables" mode , simmer finely chopped shallots in butter. Dilute with white wine.
Add mussels, thyme, bay leaf, parsley and black pepper 3 turns in the mill. Stir. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
If desired, mussels can be replaced with other seafood (veneers, oysters, cockerels, etc.)
