Ingredients

  • Veal (drumstick) - 4 piece
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Flour - 40 gr
  • White wine - 200 ml
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes (without skin) - 200 gr
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Garlic - 1 slice
  • Celery (stem) - 1 sprig
  • Artichoke - 400 gr
  • Salt pcs
  • Pepper pcs

In the "Browning" mode , fry the meat previously breaded in flour, salted and pepper in olive oil and butter. Transfer the meat to another dish.
In the "Frying vegetables" mode , fry the chopped onions and celery. Top up with white wine.
add tomato, garlic and thyme.
Add veal and artichokes. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Pickled artichokes can be found in the Italian spice section.
