- Veal (drumstick) - 4 piece
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Butter - 20 gr
- Flour - 40 gr
- White wine - 200 ml
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Canned tomatoes (without skin) - 200 gr
- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Garlic - 1 slice
- Celery (stem) - 1 sprig
- Artichoke - 400 gr
- Salt pcs

In the "Browning" mode , fry the meat previously breaded in flour, salted and pepper in olive oil and butter. Transfer the meat to another dish.
In the "Frying vegetables" mode , fry the chopped onions and celery. Top up with white wine.
add tomato, garlic and thyme.
Add veal and artichokes. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
