- Tomatoes - 400 gr

Peel the eggplants from the skin (young eggplants do not need to be peeled), cut them into rings, salt and let stand for 30 minutes to make the juice stand out.
Squeeze the eggplant. Peel the tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Sets the "fry" mode . Heat the oil.
Cut onions and bell peppers into rings, carrots into thin strips. Fry, stirring occasionally.
add eggplants and tomatoes to the pan, 1 tbsp. L. water. Mix.

Open the lid, after releasing the pressure, add crushed garlic and finely chopped herbs to the finished sauté. Close the lid again and let the dish stand.
