Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Carrot - 200 gr
  • Parsley pcs
  • Dill pcs
  • Chilli - 1 pcs
  • Sweet pepper - 0.5 kg
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Salt pcs

Tomatoes, carrots, herbs, garlic, chili peppers must be minced or chopped in a food processor. Cut the bell pepper into rings, after cutting out the core. Allow all the ingredients to survive in the multicooker bowl, add sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, mix thoroughly. Cook on the Stew program for 1 hour.
Tip:
Lecho can be rolled up in jars, which must first be sterilized.
