- Bulgur - 150 gr
- Water - 300 ml
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Parsley - 2 sprig

1. Put bulgur in the bowl of a multicooker, add water, turn on the RICE / CEREALS mode for 9 minutes. At the end of the mode, salt, pepper, add chopped greens.
2. Cut the top off the tomatoes, take out the core with a teaspoon, stuff with bulgur and pour over with olive oil.
3. Cover the tomatoes with the previously cut lids.
4. Pour 200 ml of water into the multicooker bowl, put the tomatoes on the steaming rack, turn on the STEAMER / VEGETABLES mode for 5 minutes.
