Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 500 gr
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon - 1 pcs
  • Lettuce leaves - 1 leaf
  • For glaze:
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Jam apricot - 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Hoisin sauce - 1 tsp
  • Ketchup - 50 ml

Steamed salmon in golden brown Directions

1. Cut salmon into steaks, add lemon juice to taste and rub with salt and pepper, put in a steam basket.
2. Pour water into the bottom bowl up to the 2 cups mark.
3. Set the mode "STEAMER / FISH" for 10 minutes.
4. To make the frosting: Combine apricot jam, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup and minced garlic.
5. Take out the salmon, place on plates on a lettuce leaf and brush with glaze.

1. Cut the salmon into steaks, to taste - add lemon juice and rub with salt and pepper, put in a multicooker in a steam form.
2. Pour water into the bottom bowl up to the 2 cups mark.
3. Set the mode "STEAMER" / "SOUP" for 30 minutes.
4. To make the frosting: Combine apricot jam, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ketchup and minced garlic.
5. Take out the salmon and coat with glaze.
6. Place on a plate on a lettuce leaf.
Tip:
Hoisin sauce can be replaced with teriyaki sauce.

MK805

1. Cut salmon into steaks, add lemon juice to taste and rub with salt and pepper, place in a steam basket.
2. Pour water into the bottom bowl up to the 2 cups mark (2 cups).
3. Set the mode "STEAMER" for 10 minutes.
4. To prepare the frosting: Combine the apricot jam, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and minced garlic.
5. Take out the salmon, place on plates on lettuce leaves and brush with glaze.
