Steamed salmon in golden brown - recipe
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets - 500 gr
- Water - 200 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon - 1 pcs
- Lettuce leaves - 1 leaf
- For glaze:
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Jam apricot - 1 tbs
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Hoisin sauce - 1 tsp
- Ketchup - 50 ml

1. Cut salmon into steaks, add lemon juice to taste and rub with salt and pepper, put in a steam basket.
2. Pour water into the bottom bowl up to the 2 cups mark.
3. Set the mode "STEAMER / FISH" for 10 minutes.
4. To make the frosting: Combine apricot jam, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup and minced garlic.
5. Take out the salmon, place on plates on a lettuce leaf and brush with glaze.
