Ingredients

  • Asparagus - 8 pcs
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Celery (root) - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Peas (pod) - 100 gr
  • Broccoli - 100 gr
  • Oranges - 1 pcs
  • Lemon - 1 pcs
  • Olive oil - 3 tbs
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • Chilli - 1 pcs
  • Salt

Steamed vegetables with citrus dressing Directions

1. Cut the carrots into round pieces, the pargus in half, the celery root into cubes, the potatoes into wedges, and the broccoli cut into inflorescences.
2. Put the chopped vegetables in the steam dish along with the green peas, put in a slow cooker, pour water up to the 2 cups mark (2 cups) and set the STEAMER / VEGETABLES setting for 10 minutes.
3. For dressing, mix orange and lemon juice, add soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, chopped chili, salt.
4. Put the vegetables on a plate and pour over the citrus dressing.
Tip:
If you like the crisp texture of vegetables, reduce the cooking time to 5-7 minutes.

4. Put the vegetables from the double boiler on a plate and pour over the citrus dressing.
