Salmon with white beans and cream - recipe

Ingredients

  • Salmon (fillet) - 300 gr
  • Cream 33% - 150 ml
  • White beans (canned) - 100 gr
  • Broccoli (frozen) - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 50 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Drain the liquid from the beans, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Rinse the salmon fillet (without skin and bones), cut into 100 g portions, rub with salt and spices. Put the beans, broccoli, carrots in the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, add salt, spices, pour cream and mix. Top with pieces of salmon. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
