  • Quail - 600 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse quails, dry, rub with salt and spices. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, do not close the lid. Set the program FRYING / FRYING , cooking time 25 minutes. Press the Start button. After the countdown starts, put the quails in the bowl. Cook with the lid open, periodically turning the quails until the end of the program. Close the lid. Leave the quails on the "Warm up" mode for 10 minutes.
Tip:
serve with mushroom sauce.
