- Water - 500 ml

Cut the duck into portioned pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into strips, cut the potatoes into 4 parts. Put the duck, all the vegetables in the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, add salt, spices, tomato paste and cover with water. Close the lid and the steam outlet valve, set the program "Stewing" type of product "Meat" , for 40 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program. After finishing cooking, open the valve and let off steam.
