Ingredients

  • Pork shank - 1 pcs
  • Light beer - 0.7 l
  • Water - 1.8 l
  • Garlic - 1 pcs
  • Coriander
  • Carnation
  • Bay leaf
  • Black pepper (peas)
  • Pepper mix
  • Salt
  • For the sauce:
  • Yogurt - 70 gr
  • Honey - 60 gr
  • Soy sauce - 30 mg
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Basil
  • Pepper mix

Pork knuckle in beer with honey Directions

Put the shank in a slow cooker, add 0.6 liters of beer, spices and salt. Add water to cover the shank. Run the program "languor" for 2.5 hours. At the end of the program, take the shank out of the multicooker, stuff with chopped garlic and place back in the bowl. Mix all the ingredients in the sauce. Pour the shank with the prepared sauce, add 100 ml of beer to the bowl. Close the lid and run Bake for 40 minutes.
