  • Cream cheese - 125 gr
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbs

  • Dry white wine - 100 ml
  • Cream 10% - 100 ml
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Flour - 0.25 glass
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Breton flounder Directions

Preparation:
Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
Wash flounder fillets, dry, put in one layer on a dish and pour with lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the leeks and celery. Cut the leek into rings 1 cm wide, the celery into slices. Peel and chop the onions.
Turn on the "Multi-cook" mode , set the temperature to 160 ° C and the time for 55 minutes, heat the butter in a bowl and fry the onions, leeks and celery for 20 minutes.
Blot flounder pieces with napkins, roll in flour. Shake off excess. Place fish over vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with wine, cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
Stir the cream with the cheese until smooth.
Open the lid of the multicooker, pour the cheese sauce over the fish, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
