  • Cherry - 450 gr
  • Flour - 100 gr
  • Sugar - 3 tbs
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Almond liqueur - 2 tbs
  • Cream 22% - 450 ml
  • Butter - 0.5 tsp
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Combine flour, sugar, eggs, liquor and 225 ml cream in a blender on low speed. Without turning off the engine, gradually pour in the remaining cream.
3. Defrost the cherries, drain all the juice. Grease a multicooker with oil, spread the cherries along the bottom of the mold. Pour the egg mixture over the berries.
4. Cook on Bake mode 50 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
