Ingredients

  • Carp (carcass) - 1000 gr
  • Lemon - 1 pcs
  • Light beer - 200 ml
  • Apples (sour) - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Tarragon
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Carnation - 2 pcs
  • Allspice (peas) - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
1. Clean the carp of scales, gut, remove the head and gills. Wash with cold water, pat dry with paper towels and cut into 2 - 2.5 cm thick pieces.
2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, grate 0.5 tsp. Zest. Put the carp in a bowl, pour over with lemon juice, salt, season with black pepper, add tarragon leaves and chopped garlic, pour over with olive oil. Turn the pieces of fish several times to distribute the marinade evenly, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
3. Put butter in the multicooker bowl, pour in beer. Cook on Soup mode. Add allspice and cloves to the warmed beer. Dip fish and diced apple into a slow cooker, add marinade and cook on Stew for 40 minutes. Serve the finished dish with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.

1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.

4. Put butter in a multicooker bowl, pour in beer, add allspice and cloves. Warm up in the "Frying" mode for 5-10 minutes. Dip the fish and diced apple into the multicooker, add the marinade and cook on Stew for 45 minutes. Serve the finished dish with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
