Pour boiled hot water into a multicooker, place the meat in it, add salt and spices to taste and cook in the Broth program for 1 hour. Soak the barley in water while cooking meat. Pre-fry the onions and carrots in a multicooker using the Quick Cooking program. When the meat is ready, place the barley, fried vegetables, potatoes, cucumbers in a slow cooker and cook in the Soup program for 1 hour.

In a slow cooker, fry the onions and carrots in Baking for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the multicooker, transfer the roast to an empty container. Pour boiled hot water into the multicooker bowl, place the meat in it, add salt and spices to taste and set on the "Soup" setting for 1 hour. Soak the barley in water while cooking meat. When the meat is ready, place the barley, roast, potatoes, cucumbers in the bowl and set on the Soup setting for 1 hour.

Rinse the pearl barley in cold water, pour boiling water over and leave for 30-40 minutes. In a multicooker, sauté the onions and carrots in Bake / Fry for 10 minutes. Stop the program at the end of the specified time. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to an empty container. Pour boiled hot water into a multicooker, place the meat cut into pieces, add salt and spices to taste. Close the lid of the multicooker, make sure the pressure control valve is in the closed position, and set to Soup . Remove the skin from the cucumbers and chop finely. After the signal, put the pearl barley, fry, potatoes, cucumbers in a multicooker and put on the Soup mode.

In a slow cooker, fry the onions and carrots in the Searing setting for 10-15 minutes. When finished browning, transfer the browning to an empty container. Pour boiled water into the multicooker, put the meat, cut into pieces, add salt and spices to taste, set the "Soup" mode to 1 hour. Soak the barley in water while cooking meat. When the meat is ready, put the barley, roast, potatoes, cucumbers, cut into strips in a multicooker, set the "Soup" mode to 1 hour.
