  • Sugar - 175 gr
  • Mascarpone cheese - 100 gr
  • Cream - 120 gr
  • Strawberry - 140 gr
  • Sugar - 80 gr

First, beat the whites until they are frothy, when they stick to the whisk of the mixer, while whisking, add a little sugar until a shiny, strong foam forms. Use a spoon to place the meringue in the multicooker bowl on the parchment. Turn on the Desserts program for 1 hour. Whisk the mascarpone cream and the sugar and strawberries. Make a hole in the middle of each meringue, fill it with cream, put whole berries (or halves) on top and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
