Chop the meat and onion and put everything in a slow cooker. Fry everything in the Quick Cook program in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add flour, then onion, sour cream and tomato paste, pour in 1 cup of water and add salt, pepper, set the Stew program for 40 minutes. Add the bay leaf five minutes before cooking ends.
Chef's tip
Beef is the best choice for beef stroganoff. In this case, you should choose the pulp or tenderloin, which must be slightly beaten off.

Cut the meat into thin long pieces, chop the onion and put everything in the multicooker bowl. Cook all ingredients using Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
