COOKING METHOD
1. Soak starch in 1 m.t. Water right in the bowl.
2. Squeeze the juice from the cherries, remove to a cool place. Pour the pomace with 1 cup boiling water, strain after 10 minutes.
3. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, add granulated sugar, 4 m of water, mix.
4. Close the lid of the multicooker. Press the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to select the "MULTI-COOK" program , the time is 20 minutes and 100 degrees. Press the "START" button . If desired, add citric acid to the finished jelly.
