  • Sorrel - 100 gr
  • Mayonnaise - 200 ml
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Salt
  • Water - 1 beaker
  • Dill sprig
  • Parsley tbs

COOKING METHOD
1. Wash spinach and sorrel, put in a multicooker bowl.
2. Add salt and water.
3. Select the "RIGHT" buttons "LEFT" the program "MULTIPOOK" to set the time - 15 minutes and the temperature of 100 degrees. Press the "START" button
4. After cooking, rub through a sieve, mix with mayonnaise.
5. Add pepper, herbs and mix well.

COOKING METHOD: Put spinach and sorrel in a bowl, add salt and water. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "MULTI-COOK" , set the time to 15 minutes and the temperature to 105 degrees. Press the "START" button . Put the vegetable mass, rub through a sieve (grind with a blender), mix with mayonnaise, add pepper, herbs, mix.
Note: Mayonnaise can be replaced with yogurt or sour cream.
